Perform sample preparation activities for new and existing development / technology projects.

Support analytical services (Field Of Knowledge)

Imaging & Preparation. Responsible for maintaining analytical equipment under their care to ensure always in good condition. Fulfill tasks and targets which will be deployed from time to time. Ensure compliance of 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment and workstations. Responsible for disposal of chemical waste and critical waste. Have good communication skills to interact with engineers and internal team. To support ad-hoc request assign by superior.

Minimum Diploma in Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical or relevant engineering field. Must passed SPM , including Maths & English subjects. Minimum 6 years of QM Failure Analysis replated experience from semicond manufacturing. Knowledge in semiconductor backend process. Must be able to work in 12 hours shift (Day/Night: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
