Launch Your Marketing Career Through Real-World Experience! E.H Wachs, an ITW Company, is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our marketing team in Lincolnshire, IL. This onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape this growing department in our organization. This internship provides hands-on experience across a variety of marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, product marketing support, market research, and event planning.

The intern will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management teams while contributing to real business projects that support company growth.

How You’ll Contribute

• Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
• Help create photo, video, and written content for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Support trade shows, customer visits, and marketing events.
• Support the development and updating of product datasheets, brochures, catalogs, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate marketing projects with internal stakeholders and external vendors, including graphic designers, video editors, printers, and promotional product suppliers.
• Assist with website updates, content management, and digital asset organization.
• Support marketing analytics efforts by tracking website, social media, email, and campaign performance.
• Participate in market research and competitive intelligence projects.
• Assist with marketing technology and AI-related projects that improve efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Rising Junior or Senior preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and marketing analytics.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Compensation Information

The base pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

The range for this position is: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour. ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
