Job Summary

This job is primarily working in the sheet shop as a helper. This position will include helping brake operators, delivering parts, unloading lasers, cleaning, and sweeping. In addition, there is limited time running a drill press, a forming machine, running a shear and/or a punch press, which are set-up/programmed by a sheet shop operator. Duties may include the use of tape measure and miscellaneous hand tools. Work independently towards the goals of the team.

Good mechanical aptitude a must. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instruction. Good attendance and ability to work safely are necessary. Shifts are Monday – Friday 3:30pm – 11:30pm. Overtime when need shift starts at 1:30pm. Pay Hourly- $21.77 - $27.19

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Perform job tasks according to schedules, using established safe methods and processes. This job is working in the sheet shop as an Operator. This position will include running a drill press, a forming machine, operating a shear and/or a punch press, and cleaning and sweeping.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED and must be 18 years old. Good mechanical aptitude a must. Must be able to stand, squat, or kneel for the entirety of the shift.
