What You Will Need to Succeed You are a student of Communication or Marketing, Business Management with a focus in marketing/communication or an HR student with excellent communication skills. You are a team player and thrive in a collaborative environment. You are passionate about marketing, employee engagement and creating value for individuals.

You bring a problem-solving and hands-on mentality and can multi-task. You are proactive and creative, and always looking for opportunities to improve things when you see they can be done in a better way. You are eager to learn and ready to tackle new challenges. You are ready to make an impact from day one! You are fluent in written and spoken English. Additional European language skills will serve your candidacy with a great advantage.

Some practical aspects You are available to start at the beginning of January or February 2027 and can work with us 6 months full-time (40 hours a week) You will receive an allowance of 650 euros per month. You need to be enrolled as a student towards the attaining of a degree to be eligible for this internship and to count with your university approval to do the assignment. If you are not an European national, you will also need to provide an approved Nuffic agreement.

This is a work experience internship, unfortunately, not suitable for a thesis or research project. Our office is located in Hoofddorp, next to the train station (25 minutes from Amsterdam by train). We work in a hybrid format, with a requirement to work a minimum of two times per week at the office the remaining days remote.
