Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant for SAP HANA FIN PS-Capital Accounting, you will guide business stakeholders through the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Project System capabilities. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to deliver functional solutions that support capital accounting processes, with a focus on solution delivery and embedding governance and controls.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting Workshops

• Leading Fit-to-Standard workshops to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Defining Process Flows

• Configuring system functionality and defining process flows to manage capital projects and asset capitalization.

Configuring System Functionality

• Ensuring integration with related modules such as MM, CO, and Investment Management.

Driving Testing

• Driving testing, data migration, and user enablement while embedding governance and controls for audit readiness. Required technical and professional expertise

SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities, including configuration and implementation of finance solutions.

Project System Knowledge

• Experience working with Project System (PS) to manage capital projects and asset capitalization.

Capital Accounting

• Understanding of capital accounting processes, including asset capitalization and depreciation in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

System Integration

• Familiarity with integrating SAP modules such as MM, CO, and Investment Management.

Automation and Reporting

• Exposure to enabling automation and real-time reporting to improve financial transparency and optimize capex management. Preferred technical and professional experience

Additional SAP Modules

• Exposure to other SAP modules such as HR or Logistics

Advanced Reporting Tools

• Familiarity with advanced reporting tools to enhance financial transparency

Data Analytics Skills
