Your role and responsibilities

As a Strategy and Transformation Consultant, you will utilize core consulting skills to drive organizational and cultural transformation. This role focuses on supporting change management and process excellence initiatives across the enterprise.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Drive Change Management

• Develop and implement change management strategies to support large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.

Foster Process Excellence

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and design process enhancements that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Enable Organizational Transformation

• Apply core consulting skills to facilitate cultural and organizational change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Deliver Client-Facing Solutions

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives and drive meaningful impact.

Embed Sustainable Practices

• Ensure that transformation initiatives are sustainable and scalable, embedding best practices and processes that support long-term success. Required technical and professional expertise

Core Consulting Skills

• Deep expertise in utilizing core consulting skills to drive organizational and cultural transformation, with a focus on change management and process excellence.

Transformation Strategy Development

• Experience with developing and implementing comprehensive transformation strategies that drive business outcomes and minimize disruptions to operations.

Process Enhancement Design

• Proven ability to design and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality, with a focus on sustainable and scalable solutions.

Organizational Change Facilitation

• Experience in facilitating cultural and organizational change, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within large-scale enterprises.

Client-Centric Solution Development

• Deep expertise in working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives and drive meaningful impact.

Banking Industry Expertise

• Extensive experience working with leading Thai banks across retail, SME, and corporate banking, with expertise in lending, credit, collections, and banking process transformation. Preferred technical and professional experience

Advanced Consulting Methodologies

• Deep expertise in utilizing advanced consulting methodologies to drive complex organizational and cultural transformations, with a focus on change management and process excellence.

Business Outcome Measurement

• Experience with developing and implementing metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.

Industry Benchmarking
