People Responsibility

No Reports To: VP Fund Service Transfer Agency Job Contents

• Ensure effective and correct Transfer Agency operations, and ensures the accuracy and timely dispatch of customer and regulatory reports.
• Foster positive client relationships.
• Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.
• Initiate system enhancement requirement and work with multiple internal/external parties.
• Speak up and timely escalation for process improvement as well as client issues.

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with major of business related.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
• Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
• Good communication and management skills.
• GPAD covered License/Qualification Requirement
