Senior Manager, Alternatives - Global Fund Services

Job description

Working closely with Alternatives, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Product teams, you'll ensure partners deliver against contractual, operational, regulatory and client-servicing expectations, while helping drive adoption of the global target service model alongside strong BAU delivery. Demonstrable track record in Asset Management Operations is essential. Any additional experience of covering Alternatives (private markets and/or hedge funds) would be desirable.

Strong third-party governance capability, with proven experience overseeing administrators, custodians, transfer agents, AIFMs and other strategic service partners. Commercial and contract management expertise, including pricing, negotiation support, and the ability to assess service economics and value for money. Sound understanding of operational risk, controls and regulatory expectations within a UK/EU asset management context, with confidence navigating audits and reviews.

Proven success in delivering transformation and operating model change while maintaining high-quality BAU service delivery. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, able to influence across Operations, Alternatives, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Finance, and to role-model an inclusive “one team” culture.
