• Ability to build effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes would be advantageous The ability to be self-driven with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work collaboratively to deliver to deadlines is essential Experience in developing opportunities for growth with existing and new to bank clients is essential
