Responsibilities

• Provide frontline Surabaya branch support by handling daily customer enquiries and processing routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support smooth branch operations by completing cash handling, balancing, reconciliations, and required records/checklists in line with branch procedures.
• Follow all applicable policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC/AML, fraud prevention, data privacy) and promptly escalate any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Ensure end-to-end operational risk controls, accurate record-keeping, and timely submission in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• 1 year of hands-of experience in Branch Operations
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skill in English.
• Possess deep understanding of local policies and regulatory compliance.
