Marketing Coordinator

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist sales and marketing staff on current projects as required.
• General office administration to ensure all day-to-day office requirements are met.
• Co-working with team leader in analysing, planning, and communicating marketing strategies, promotions, campaigns, and new products through online and offline channels
• Tracking status, evaluating, and reporting results.
• Consistently learn and stay up to date with best practice digital marketing.
• Collaborating with a graphic designer and agency to create promotion banner and video.
• Create presentations, documents, letters and reports for sales and marketing meetings.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of events such as seminars, webinars, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

General Requirements

• Well organized & excellent attention to detail.
• Hard-working & active in coordinating with other relevant departments and suppliers.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Highly proficient computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
• Engage with social media platforms. As well as always following various marketing trends.
• Good in English communication is advantage.
• Experience in PR, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Experienced in working with B2B is an advantage.
