Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Leading the design and implementation of cyber security solutions to protect critical systems and data Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security vulnerabilities Developing and implementing security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to integrate security controls into new and existing systems Providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on cyber security best practices and incident response procedures

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in a senior role. Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. WE VALUE A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Experience with security audits and compliance assessments. A history of incident response and crisis management experience. Involvement in industry cybersecurity networks and organizations.
