Job description

The Field Service Engineer (ICT Engineer) is responsible for the maintenance and support of Honeywell Building Automation Systems (BAS), as well as network, security, and cloud-based ICT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure Support Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity. Troubleshoot network performance and communication issues. Support routing, switching, and network configuration activities. Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical incidents. Security Support Assist in the operation and maintenance of firewall and VPN solutions. Monitor and support network security activities. Follow cybersecurity best practices and security policies.

Cloud & Microsoft 365 Support Support Microsoft 365 administration and user services. Assist with cloud-based services, including Microsoft Azure. Troubleshoot system and application-related issues. Customer Support Provide onsite and remote technical support. Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Maintain service documentation and technical records.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

0 to 5 years of experience in ICT, networking, system administration, or related fields.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking. Knowledge of routing and switching concepts. Understanding of firewall, VPN, and network security fundamentals. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Language Business-level English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with firewall or VPN operation. Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
