As a BMS Service Technician based in our Darwin office, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and optimising BMS control systems a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

Installation, configuration and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party BMS equipment Work with the Service team to deliver BMS solutions to our existing service customer sites. Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs across control systems Utilise knowledge of standard BMS interfaces such as BACnet, Modbus, and others Identify efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Experience as BMS techncian

• Controls experience – knowledge of control strategies and field application Troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision
