Are you an experienced technical leader looking to take ownership of a high-performing service team? Honeywell is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead field operations across the Gold Coast region. This role combines people leadership, customer engagement, operational delivery, and technical expertise within a world-class building technologies environment.

You'll Be Responsible For

Leading and developing field service technicians Managing service delivery, scheduling and customer satisfaction Supporting complex troubleshooting and technical escalations Driving service performance, safety and operational excellence Identifying opportunities to grow customer value and service offerings We're Looking For: Experience leading technical or field service teams Background in BMS, HVAC Controls, Security, Fire, Automation or Building Technologies Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills Commercial mindset with excellent organisational capabilities Passion for coaching teams and delivering outstanding service outcomes
