Sr Test Technician

Job description

As a Sr Test Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing advanced testing and validation of products and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. You will apply your technical expertise to execute complex test procedures, analyze results, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact product quality and reliability by ensuring thorough testing processes are followed and by providing critical feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams to enhance overall production outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex test plans and procedures to validate product functionality and performance
• Analyze test data and identify issues or deviations from specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
• Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation and reports
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize testing processes and efficiency

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in test technician roles within manufacturing environments

• Strong knowledge of test methodologies, equipment, and quality standards Experience analyzing test data and troubleshooting product issues
• Proficiency with test documentation and reporting tools
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles WE VALUE Associate degree or higher in Engineering Technology or related field Experience with automated test equipment and software tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
