Job description

Translate commercial briefs into tangible products by co-creating product briefs, negotiating with factories, and steering the production process. You are the linchpin in achieving the 14-day production turnaround.

Key Responsibilities

Brief Co-creation: ​ Co-create product briefs together with the Commercial Lead based on trend data and commercial needs.

Supplier Negotiation

​ Negotiate with factories on prices, timelines, and quality standards to secure the 14-day lead time.

Production Steering

​ Curate samples and steer the production process to ensure timely delivery.

Logistics

​ Oversee product delivery and logistics to ensure products hit the market on time.

Key KPIs

Added topline sales. Number of product drops delivered. Impuls products go-in margin.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in product development and production. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships under tight deadlines. Deep understanding of garment manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain logistics.
