WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an AI Creative, you are responsible for creating high-quality product imagery using generative AI tools and image enhancement technologies. Working from production needs, visual guidelines and creative briefs, you combine creativity, visual expertise, and aesthetic judgement with emerging AI technology to produce imagery at scale, from generating new visual content to enhancing existing product imagery. You will work closely with creative and production teams to ensure that all output aligns with our brand direction, visual standards, and responsible AI principles.

You will: Create and enhance product imagery and creative still life using AI generation and enhancement tools, aligned with brand direction, visual guidelines, and creative briefs. Work consistently within established creative and production workflows while maintaining a high level of visual quality and accuracy, following brand standards and AI policies. Ensure production targets are met by working efficiently towards set timelines and deadlines.

Support the testing, evaluation, and implementation of new AI tools and develop scalable AI-enabled workflows for product imagery and still life production. Collaborate with creative and production colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality output. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll be part of H&M Creative Studios, collaborating closely with different creatives, Photographers, Stylists and production colleagues. Together, you’ll create clear, inspiring, and high-quality product imagery that helps our customers experience and understand our products.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with… Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for creative image production, such as Figma Weavy, Magnific or similar node-based tools, demonstrated through a portfolio or relevant projects. Ability to build and refine complex node-based workflows, with strong judgement in selecting the right tools and workflow structure for the task at hand. An understanding of composition and visual storytelling, with the ability to work within established visual and brand guidelines and translate creative briefs into consistent, high-quality visual output.

Experience from a creative environment such as photography, design, content production, retouching, art direction, styling, or other relevant creative fields. The ability to work efficiently within structured workflows, production targets, and deadlines. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools, technologies, and creative workflows.
