Year Of Exp- 8 to 12 Years Location- Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore Requirements Experience: 8–12 Years Domain: E-commerce / Retail Role: Technical Lead About the Role We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Java + React + Azure to join our team and work with a leading client in the e-commerce domain. The role will involve providing technical leadership, designing scalable solutions, and driving the development of modern full-stack applications using Java, React, and Microsoft Azure.

Experience with e-commerce platforms and technologies such as commercetools, Algolia Search, and Contentful CMS will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack e-commerce applications using Java, React, and Azure. Provide technical leadership to the development team and guide engineers on design, development, and coding best practices. Design and implement Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs. Lead frontend development using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Define and review technical architecture, application design, integration patterns, and development standards.

Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure. Drive integration between frontend, backend, third-party systems, and e-commerce platforms. Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, DevOps, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks and drive their resolution.

Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving. Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies. Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution. Work directly with the client and provide technical recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Java. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs. Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure cloud services. Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native architecture. Experience designing scalable and high-performing applications for the e-commerce/retail domain.

Good experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code, SOLID principles, and software architecture. Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with experience working in a client-facing environment. Good to Have Experience with commercetools platform.

Experience with Algolia Search. Experience with Contentful CMS. Knowledge of e-commerce functionalities such as product catalog, search, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, orders, and payments. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Kafka / Azure Service Bus. Experience with Azure DevOps. Experience designing and integrating third-party APIs and external e-commerce services.
