Industrial Engineering Technican

Job description

The opportunity As Industrial Engineer Technician you'll enhance production efficiency and operational reliability by optimizing workstation assembly, tooling management, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support seamless manufacturing operations and new product introductions.

How You'll Make an Impact

Build, assemble, and install production workstations in accordance with engineering drawings and technical specifications; Interpret and follow mechanical, electrical, and layout drawings provided by the engineering team; Ensure continuous availability of all standard and special tools required on production lines; Maintain and update tooling lists for all production lines, ensuring accuracy and completeness; Coordinate the procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of production tools; Perform regular tooling audits and inventory checks to identify shortages, damages, or obsolete equipment; Support new product introductions and production line modifications by preparing required tools and workstation setups; Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve tooling and workstation-related issues; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and workplace organization standards (5S).

Your background

Education: High school; Technical; Experience in manufacturing and technological processes—at least 1 year; Experience coordinating multiple teams; Good understanding of organizational processes.
