Customer Training Co ordinator

Job description

The Customer Training Coordinator is responsible for : Coordinate the processes for Power Quality Solutions C ustomer T rainings. In this role, the t raining c oordinator will be responsible to organize the demands related to customer trainings , both during tender stage and during project execution. During the tender stage, the Customer Training C oordinator is responsible to define the t raining p rogram and calculate the costs to execute it.

The training program must be based on the customer requirements and specifications. During the execution, the T raining C oordinator is responsible to make sure that all the deadlines are accomplished , and the trainings are planned well in advance, including material preparation, updates, logistics and resources. The Customer T raining C oordinator is responsible to make sure that the necessary alignment is done with the different departments, being responsible to organize and coordinate meetings and processes.

This role is part of the Engineering team and will interact cross functionally in the organization. The Customer Training Coordinator will be working closely with different departments and units across the globe since many of the trainings are prepared on demand for them. Update Training d ocumentation , develop and standardize the training material and make it accessible to the organization.
