HVDC: Epoxy Mold Builder Technician

• Inspect molds for quality and adherence to specifications
• Clean and lubricate molds; ensure molds, fixtures, and tooling are maintained in a production-ready condition to meet scheduled production Replace worn or broken parts and perform repairs to molds and related equipment
• Manage inventory of connection fittings to adequately prepare molding sections for processing
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on molds; document maintenance activities as required
• Troubleshoot molds and support production to minimize downtime and scrap
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize mold performance; With support from Engineering, adjust mold building techniques and process to support quality, efficiency, and throughput.
