How you'll make an impact Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities for assigned material planning responsibilities. Ensure material availability to support customer demand, production schedules, and delivery commitments. Analyze inventory portfolios and define inventory strategies using ABC/XYZ segmentation methodologies. Collaborate with suppliers and category managers to identify cost optimization and savings opportunities.

Maintain planning parameters in SAP, including safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and lot sizes. Support Sales & Operations Planning activities and align material forecasts across the supply chain. Partner with suppliers to improve delivery performance and resolve supply or quality issues. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning, fulfillment, and inventory performance. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, or supply chain operations. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, preferably within MM and PP modules. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze data to support decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams.
