We are looking for a Quality Technician (Tank Workshop ) who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy Power Transformers Factory in Dilovası/Kocaeli.

How you'll make an impact

Responsible for inspection of transformer tanks manufacturing stages, ITP and QCP. Responsible for Incoming Material Inspection. Responsible for Welding and Coating Inspections. Responsible for NDT inspections TUV Nord- EN 473 ISO 9712 and ASME. Responsible for final assembly dimensional inspections. Providing solution for customer complaints. Technical knowledge for supplier qualification, material and production processes.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

Your Background

Technical high school diploma or Vocational School graduation from mechanical departments (preferably holding a 2-year associate degree or a 4-year degree in a technical field). At least 3 years of experience preferably in the transformer sector. Knowledgeable about technical drawing, measuring instruments, SAP QM module, NCR, MS Office tools. Ultrasonic Inspection Level 2 certificate is an asset. Ability to read technical drawings.

Able to adapt a shift work system and accommodate overtime when necessary. Teamwork-oriented, eager to learn and improve. Preferably with a good command of English and Turkish. Good to have;

• Magnetic Inspection Level 2 certificate
• Penetrant Inspection Level 2 certificate
• Visual Inspection Level 2 certificate
• AMPP Coating inspector - Level 2 certificate More
