Requirements

Demonstrated professional experience of 7-10 years in software engineering, specifically focusing on the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications. This role operates entirely remotely, requiring a high degree of self-motivation and effective virtual collaboration with distributed teams across various time zones.

Required Skills

Demonstrated advanced expertise in C# programming, including proficiency in complex object-oriented design and asynchronous programming patterns for high-performance applications. Extensive hands-on experience with the .NET framework, encompassing a deep understanding of its ecosystem for building scalable and robust enterprise solutions. Proven capability in the design and development of specialized tools, demonstrating an ability to create efficient utilities that enhance development workflows and system functionality.

Strong proficiency in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), with a track record of developing sophisticated and user-friendly desktop applications.

Lead the design and development of robust C# and .NET-based interoperability solutions for enterprise applications. Take technical ownership of key components and modules, ensuring their quality, reliability, and adherence to best practices.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring consistent application of coding standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development plans. Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to uphold coding standards and system integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical challenges, optimizing existing systems for efficiency and reliability.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance the development pipeline and product capabilities. Ensure all developed solutions adhere to industry-specific compliance and security standards, particularly in regulated healthcare environments. Participate in strategic planning discussions for future product enhancements and technical roadmaps. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed features and architectural decisions.

Champion best practices in software development, including testing, continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
