The opportunity Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

• You will issue value-added tax invoices in daily business activities and register them in the financial ledger to ensure consistency between the accounts and reality.
• You will complete the daily processing of bank draft issuance registration, acceptance and signing, endorsement and transfer, and register relevant information in the financial ledger.
• You will collect and submit materials for tax change registration and bank information change registration.
• You will assist in completing the end of month closing tasks, such as closing AP/AR/GL accounts, confirming income, etc.
• You will assist in completing monthly tax declarations, including monthly value-added tax, monthly export refunds, quarterly income tax, quarterly stamp duty, etc.
• You will assist in handling data migration and cleaning during the launch of the new ERP system.
• You will be responsible for warehousing issue.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
