• 3 years of quality-related experience in the automotive or automotive-supply industry.

Practical experience with customer complaints, structured problem solving, APQP, and PPAP. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with customers. Experience working in an international or matrix organization.

Skills

Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC. Proficiency in 8D/A3 problem solving, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and effectiveness verification. Strong data-analysis and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Minitab or equivalent tools. Clear written and verbal communication in Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively with customers and all management levels.

Strong ownership, prioritization, resilience, learning agility, and results orientation. Able to influence without direct authority, build trust, and deliver through cross-functional teamwork. Able to manage multiple priorities in a time-critical manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
