As a Director of Revenue Management , you’re not just driving profitability through strategic pricing and inventory – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Optimize room inventory and pricing: Lead strategic management of group and transient inventory, including rate controls, blackout dates, and sellout strategies, to maximize revenue
• Drive revenue performance: Evaluate key metrics, historical data, and market trends to refine pricing strategies and revenue management processes, ensuring maximum profitability across all revenue streams
• Conduct forecasting and market analysis: Oversee demand forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and local events monitoring to identify revenue opportunities
• Lead cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to align strategies that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Oversee department operations

Manage daily revenue functions, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective execution of revenue initiatives Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
