The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join the team ! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever. Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets.

As a Spa Supervisor , you’re not just helping oversee daily spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Support daily spa operations: Assist in managing the spa’s day-to-day functions, stepping in for the Spa Manager/Director and/or spa team members as needed to ensure seamless service and compliance with all health and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to revenue growth: Assist with marketing, merchandising, and spa programming initiatives
• Support operational efficiency: Help manage budgeting, payroll, purchasing, and inventory control to optimize operational effectiveness and cost management Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support spa team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
