Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate Will

Have 6+ months of customer service and cash-handling experience Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods, Be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Have barista experience and knowledge of coffee (preferred)

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special Craft quality beverages: Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.

Master the menu

Learn the details of all menu items and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence Serve with efficiency and care: Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly – attention to detail is key!

Comply with regulatory standards

Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
