As a Communications Operator , you’re not just handling incoming telephone calls – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Communication Operator to join its team at a 62 ‑ acre oceanfront resort on Hawaii ’ s scenic Kohala Coast, offering an immersive island experience.

Classification

Full-Time Shift pattern : Open availability, am, pm, including overnight shifts, holidays and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
• Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
