The Hansen's Market Team at the Hilton Anaheim is currently seeking their Barista to join the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess

A minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience. The ability to stay organized, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as needed. Excellent communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous Food & Beverage or Barista experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special Craft quality beverages: Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.

Master the menu

Learn the details of all menu items and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence Serve with efficiency and care: Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly – attention to detail is key!

Comply with regulatory standards

Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
