Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Administer payroll to highest standard: Manage hotel payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Oversee payroll data management

Supervise team member vacation accruals, deductions, hours, and wage reporting to ensure accuracy Deliver accurate payroll reporting: Ensure timely and precise federal and state payroll reports, while supporting payroll forecasting efforts Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
