You will assume part of the duties for Accountant. As an Accountant , you’re not just supporting the daily accounting operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports. Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and cash transactions. Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing activities. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–2 years in accounting, preferably in hospitality Proficient in accounting software, Excel, and hotel systems (e.g., OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, ) Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and deadline-driven Fluent in English; strong cross-department collaboration Trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work independently
