Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Stewarding Supervisor at Conrad Dubai: Prepare for exceptional service: Coordinate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure every kitchen and dining outlet has the clean, polished equipment it needs, when it needs it.

Care for every detail

Oversee the cleaning, storage, and distribution of china, glassware, silverware, and stewarding equipment, protecting their quality and appearance.

Maintain impeccable standards

Supervise cleaning and sanitising across kitchens and back-of-house areas, ensuring the team follows Hilton HACCP procedures and local health requirements.

Keep equipment service-ready

Check that dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment are used correctly, maintained, and reported promptly when repairs are needed.

Manage resources responsibly

Monitor stock, breakages, and supply usage, helping control costs without compromising quality.

Lead with care

Assign daily duties, train and coach team members, and recognise great work to build a confident, dependable team.

Protect guest and team member well-being

Promote safe working practices and respond promptly to hygiene or safety concerns.
