Human Resources & Learning and Development Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Learning & Development operations. Develop and implement HR and L&D strategies that support the hotel's operational and business goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives. Drive performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, and leadership development activities. Conduct training needs analyses and implement effective orientation, compliance, operational, and leadership training programs.

Develop and maintain learning resources, training records, and talent development frameworks. Partner with department heads to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve team performance, and support career development planning. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, health and safety requirements, and labor relations practices. Support workforce planning, labor cost optimization, compensation and benefits administration, and HR budgeting processes.

Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication, employee well-being initiatives, and continuous improvement programs. Monitor and evaluate HR and training effectiveness, providing recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
