Job description

The Marketing & Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's marketing, public relations, digital marketing, social media, and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness, drive revenue, and protect the Hilton brand image.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Develop and implement the annual Marketing & PR strategy. Manage social media, digital marketing, website content, and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and local stakeholders. Support commercial, F&B, and operational teams with marketing initiatives. Ensure all communications and promotional materials comply with Hilton brand standards. Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Lead and develop the Marketing & PR team while managing budgets and projects effectively.

Qualifications

What It Takes to Make the Stay Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in Marketing & PR, preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven experience managing digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and media relations. Strong commercial awareness, creativity, project management, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Language Requirements Professional proficiency in both English and French is mandatory. Arabic language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
