Parc 55 San Francisco – a Hilton Hotel is seeking a Door Attendant to join our team!

The ideal candidate will possess

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong English communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with professional phone etiquette. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Previous experience in guest services or a similar hospitality role is a plus.

Shift Pattern

Full -Time | Open Availability Pay Range: Starting at $23.63 per hour to $31.51 per hour, after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Support seamless arrivals and departures: Greet arriving and departing guests, manage traffic flow at the lobby entrance, and assist with luggage Tag and track guest belongings: Read luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and ensure accurate handling and delivery of guest items
• Handle guest items with care: Retrieve, transport, store, and organize guest luggage, packages, and boxes from vehicles and luggage storage areas
• Coordinate transportation needs: Arrange taxis or other guest transportation services upon request Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
