As a Finance Intern , you’re not just supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands-on experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Support daily operations: Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of department leaders while actively learning from team members and gaining hands-on experience Gain cross-functional experience: Support other departments as needed to build broader knowledge of hotel operations Support team collaboration: Assist colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment W ork closely with members of the various teams within the Finance Department.

File accounting documents on a daily basis according to the procedures established by your supervisor and in compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and, when necessary, record accounting information (invoices, credit notes) using the computer programs provided (Excel, Mirus). Be responsible for contract documentation. Be responsible for correspondence, follow-up, and the proper functioning of payable accounting. Follow all applicable procedures.

Implement any new procedures immediately upon request from your supervisor. Immediately inform your supervisor of any issues related to the execution of your duties that could lead to or result in accounting irregularities. Carry out any other regular or ad hoc checks as requested by your supervisor.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Versatile and flexible. Knowledge of accounting and mathematics. Previous experience with Navision software is a plus. Fluent in written, spoken, and reading French (C2 level). English proficiency at B2 level.
