We’re building our Front Office team and are seeking a Lead Concierge to join us for this exciting new chapter. As a Lead Concierge, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable stays and making a lasting first and final impression on every guest. As a Concierge Supervisor , you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Supervise concierge team: Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests
• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
• Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines
