Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Execute high-quality events: Provide direction and supervision to responsible operating departments & Team Members during execution of meetings, banquet functions, and events.

Create exceptional experiences

Elevate external and internal experience by proactively serving group and catering customers' needs.

Serve as client liaison

Operate as primary point of contact for client feedback, proactively resolve issues, and communicate all pertinent information in the event of a shift change.
