As a Culinary Administrative Assistant , you’re not just providing support to department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Schedule

Open flexible availability including both weekdays and weekends. Shifts typically run 8a-5pm.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions
• Manage communication: Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for department managers
• Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
