Located in the heart of downtown, Hilton Austin offers guests an energetic Austin experience steps from Sixth Street and Rainey Street nightlife, entertainment, and dining — featuring upscale amenities like two on-site restaurants, a Topgolf Swing Suite, F45 Training studio, and a rooftop pool with skyline views. *The ideal candidate is a welcoming and service focused personality and is excited to grow within hospitality!

Shift Pattern

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Keep team members thriving: Provide exceptional food and beverage service in the team member cafeteria, including setting up and replenishing the food line, salad bar, and beverage stations.

Maintain a clean and inviting space

Ensure cleanliness of the entire cafeteria, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping tables Prep for service with care: Complete pre- and post-meal preparation to ensure seamless service Secure necessary supplies: Obtain supplies from kitchen and maintain stock levels needed for proper cafeteria set up Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
