As an Assistant Director of Finance , you’re not just assisting in the direction and administration of all hotel financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

Review and verify primary financial documents, including acts of completed work, invoices, and electronic invoices; Participate in the preparation of budgets and monthly financial forecasts; Analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and identify potential discrepancies; Reconcile data between different systems and financial reports; Prepare reports on supplier settlements, prepayments, and outstanding balances; Participate in the monthly period-end closing process; Prepare the necessary documentation for audits and inspections; Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial documentation; Provides timely financial information to the Director of Finance; Lead the Accounting team and coordinates the work of employees reporting directly to this position; Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the Director of Finance and/or General Manager.
