Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Oversee kitchen operations: Manage food preparation, presentation, and production while ensuring quality, safety, sanitation, and cost control to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Manage administrative functions: Oversee kitchen systems, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and team member operations
• Ensure ingredient quality: Select, inspect, and utilize high-quality food and beverage products, including meats, seafood, produce, and seasonings Enhance menu offerings: Create and implement new dishes and seasonal menus to elevate the dining experience Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
