Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Bartender at Ballarò Restaurant, Conrad Dubai: Create memorable moments: Welcome guests with warmth, engage in genuine conversation, and tailor recommendations to their tastes and occasion.

Craft exceptional beverages

Prepare and present cocktails and other drinks with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, following approved recipes and presentation standards.

Share your expertise

Guide guests through the beverage selection with confident, thoughtful suggestions that complement their dining experience.

Keep the bar service ready

Prepare garnishes, replenish supplies, and maintain an organised bar so every order can be served promptly and beautifully.

Protect quality and freshness

Check ingredients, rotate stock, and monitor beverage inventory to maintain the highest standards.

Handle transactions with care

Process payments accurately and discreetly through the point-of-sale system.

Respond with professionalism
