As a F & B Associate , you’re not just supporting the culinary and service team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

Service Assistance: Support service staff in setting up tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing after meals.

Guest Interaction

Greet guests, respond to basic inquiries, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Outlet Preparation

Help prepare dining areas before service, including cleanliness, layout, and stock readiness.

Learning & Development

Participate in training sessions to understand F&B standards, service protocols, and product knowledge.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Compliance & Hygiene

Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per hotel policies.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in English; other languages are a plus Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused
