As a Health Club Manager , you’re not just supervising daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Supervise health club operations: Manage and oversee the health club, fitness center, spa, operations
• Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
• Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
• Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role is required Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Understanding of good health habits in terms of exercise and nutrition. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.

Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels and health clubs. Must possess strong organizational skills and strong leadership capabilities
