About the team Hermès International Legal Department is the centre of legal expertise for the Hermès Group, bringing together over fifty dedicated professionals. From New York, you join a specialised Anti-Counterfeiting team and extend your reach across the entire Americas region.

Your missions

• Drive the Anti-Counterfeiting strategy across the Americas, from customs applications to enforcement authority training
• Build and strengthen collaboration with local authorities — customs, police and IP attachés
• Monitor online marketplaces and social media to detect and address counterfeiting activity
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in civil and criminal matters, alongside investigators and local law firms
• Support local teams on projects involving the Group's intellectual property rights
• Prepare activity reports and track legislative developments across the region Your profile You hold expertise in Intellectual Property Law and communicate with confidence in both French and English.
