Job Description
Technical
- Appraisal
- Assessing Market Value of properties offered as security for Loan
- Land & Building.
- Site Visits -Visiting Properties to assess valuation and progress of work.
- Documentation -Verification of documents like Building approvals, Plans, Estimates etc, to ensure compliance with applicable building rules and other applicable regulations.
- Recording of Site observations and recommending loan amount based on assessment made based on documents and site observations.
- Relationship Management -With customer with the channel partners.
Qualifications
- Fresh/experienced B Tech /BE (Civil Engg) having good and consistent academic record (Min 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

- 2+ years experience will be an added advantage | Education: B Tech /BE (Civil Engg)
